the guidance of the Senior Manager - Ingredients, this position is
responsible for the procurement of Cereals - Thickeners and will
also support soft commodities, likechocolate. This position will
ensure quality of materials, competitive pricing, adherence to
company policies, procurement processes and endeavors related to
the operation ofa proactive and strategic Procurement Team. The
candidate will take on a special role to support and drive value
across formula components that are not publicly traded forchocolate
and are related to the merchandizing of soft commodities.Principal
Accountabilities:--Drive robust category strategies that align with
business goals and procurementobjectives. Evaluate and adjust
strategies based on changing market conditionsand provide inputs
during strategic sourcing activities, RFXPs, and negotiations.Drive
value by bringing transparency, minimizing premiums, and managing
openbook formula to chocolate components, differentials, butter and
powder ratios,dairy, and sugar.Analyze relevant markets, develop
price expectations and work with Manager toformulate and implement
price risk management strategies.Cross-functional champion for cost
reduction or value enhancement that result intangible benefits to
the bottom line.Support efforts to resolve quality issues at
plants, approval of new ingredientsand suppliers and improve
manufacturing and handling processes.Continuously improve upon
personal skills - adopting continuous learning andskill development
and seeking feedback.Assist in the preparation of monthly commodity
projections and market updatesto various business units.Job
Complexity:----Responsible for an ingredient spend of approximately
$60MM that supports M&B,C-Snacks and
Co-Manufacturing.Understanding of commodity futures and related
markets for starches andchocolate.Analyze markets, develop a price
forecast, and lead analytical work tounderstand price risk and
opportunities for a short and long-term horizon.Ensure items are
purchased in accordance with established policies andprocedures by
working closely with Corporate, Business Units and
Plantpersonnel.Develop and utilize category/commodity knowledge to
support businessobjectives and manage the sourcing process,
negotiations, contract executionand management and continuous
improvement.Lead cross functional groups to develop Productivity
programs that deliverEnabler and Total Procurement Value (TPV)
targets. (Category Management).Assist in the development of
Supplier Relationship Management programs thatfocus on Quality,
Productivity, and Innovation.Become a Subject Matter Expert on
spend, supplier performance, compliance,standards and
specifications and industry benchmarks.Promote value engineering
analyses to support ongoing performanceimprovement and cost
reduction.Actively promote Campbell's Supplier Diversity

Model.Minimum Requirements:------Bachelor's degree3-4 years of
ingredient workMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint experience and Power
BI knowledgeSAP experience preferred.Strong analytical skillsStrong
attention to detailStrong written and oral communication and
presentation skillsLead projects and candidly Influence audience
towards decision makingCompensation and Benefits:The target base
salary range for this full-time, salaried position is
between$72,900-$117,300Individual base pay depends on work location
and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and
relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms
of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental,
401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of
