Make history with us.Who we are looking for...This position is responsible for analyzing multiple data sources; providing actionable insights that advise strategic planning processes and sales execution for the North America Foodservice business unit. This includes in-depth analyses of priority categories, segments, and customers. This role will collaborate with our sales, execution, and marketing teams to deliver data driven insights that empower more informed, tactical decisions. This role will be instrumental in driving data strategy for the business unit, leading best practice standards for the effective and consistent use of data across a multitude of cross functional teams.What you will do...--- Ownership of standardized reporting for consumption (Circana), sales CRM (LINC) and trade data (G2)--- Coordinate tactical, ad hoc reporting requests including impact reports, customized assortment recommendations, category insights, and trade analysis--- Subject matter expert on all NAFS data systems including internal and external sources--- Participate in strategic planning processes (Strat Plan/AOP/IBO), providing trend analysis on all categories, customers and segments--- Deliver ROI analysis for promotions and LTOs--- Support segment scorecarding and quarterly business reviews incorporating multiple datasets to drive strategic conversations--- Support business unit scorecarding inclusive of segment and AOP scorecards--- Develop slot tracking with built in triggers to prompt action insights for sales, incorporating assortment recommendations based on category trends and margin--- Utilizes several systems, internal and external, to provide insights.--- Ability to manipulate, normalize and organize large, complex data sources--- Strong ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple, unrelated sources--- Ability to operate as part of a highly collaborative and cross-functional team--- Draw compelling stories from data; explaining complex analyses to a non-technical audience--- Adaptable to changing priorities based on the needs of the businessWhat you bring to the table...--- Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree--- 2+ years of related experience required--- Exceptional analytical skills--- Advanced proficiency in Excel--- Ability to multi-task and manage short timelines--- Strong communication and presentation skills--- Creative problem solving--- Proficiency in data visualization--- Power BI experience preferred#hybridCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$61,800-$97,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
