Contract To Hire
Hybrid Flexible - Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
$35/Hour
ACCOUNTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare biweekly payroll for the Company Maintain
and improve (including the implementation of new systems) all
payroll and stock option platforms used for the recordkeeping of
these activities.
Account Reconciliations to ensure the financial records are
accurate.
Process journal entries into Great Plains
Review accounts payable batches for errors/accuracy.
Data entry of financial data into MS Excel
Other accounting and financial duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA a
plus.
Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Excel, Great Plain/MS
Dynamics, and Paylocity Payroll experience a plus.
