Location: Camden, NJ (M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Employment Type: Temporary (Up to 1 Year)

Pay Range: $32 - $35/hour

About the Role:

As a Lease Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day lease operations while delivering top-tier customer service. This position is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent phone skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and retailer inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
  • Manage the Subaru Auto Leasing Corporation (SALL) operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, deliveries, and lease bookings.
  • Maintain expertise in lease contract paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Process accounting entries using lease servicing systems (Fiserv LeaseMaster) and Oracle.
  • Make informed decisions regarding minor accident waivers, over-mileage charges, and late fees.
  • Collaborate across departments and provide high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For:

    Must-Have Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience handling customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Preferred Skills:
      • Automotive industry experience or familiarity with DMV systems and title processing.
      • Background in office administration, logistics, or customer support.
      • At least four years of relevant experience. Soft Skills:
        • Reliability and consistent follow-through.
