A company is looking for a VP of Global Talent Management to lead innovative talent strategies across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute a global talent management strategy to attract and retain top talent
Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and career growth
Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in all talent management initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in global talent management within fast-paced, venture-funded tech environments
Strong strategic alignment of talent management with business goals
Experience leading global teams across diverse cultures and time zones
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and AI for decision-making
Passion for fostering an inclusive workplace culture
