Administrative & Teaching - Maintain an active patient care role
while leading all aspects of residency program
development.Residency Program Leadership: Establish and oversee
ACGME accreditation processes, curriculum development, and faculty
recruitment.Teaching & Faculty Development: Plan and provide
didactic lecture schedule, provide bedside teaching, and mentor
residents.Resident Recruitment & Evaluation: Develop and implement
recruitment and interview process, assess resident performance, and
provide feedback.Program Administration: Dedicate at least 80 hours
per month to teaching, administrative duties, and program
oversight.
