Senior Estimator

  Key Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    General Contractor Experience: Proven background working for a GC on healthcare and/or higher education projects.
    
    
  • 
    Project Scope: Extensive experience in building, renovations, and additions.
    
    
  • 
    Independent Execution: Ability to manage and complete projects independently with minimal oversight.
    
    
  • 
    Technical Proficiency:
    
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Experience with Plainswift or similar takeoff software (must be able to transfer data into Excel).
      
      
    • 
      Advanced Excel skills for estimating and reporting.
      
      
    • 
      Familiarity with BuildingConnected for subcontractor communications.
      
      
    • 
      Bluebeam expertise for document management and collaboration.
