Truck Driver Job Description:

• Home Time: Home daily
• Schedule: 4 days on + 4 days off rotation schedule
• Shift: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM Start (12-hour shift)
• Base Rate: $26.00/Hour
• Overtime (after 40 hours): $39.00/Hour
• Average Weekly Compensation: $1,060
• Average Annual Compensation: $56,000
• Type: Dedicated IKEA, no-touch freight, operating area - within 400 miles of park location Additional Benefits
  • Experienced Driver Orientation: 1.5-Day Orientation + $1500 Sign on Bonus
  • Referral Bonus Opportunity: $2,000 (Paid in two payments)
  • Multiple Bonus Opportunities: Inspection, Monthly and Quarterly
